^^ yeah, u can't stop from one day to the other, I mean it's impossible, its as if u asked a smoker to stop over night, it's something that begins slowly but then gets addictive, so u really gotta take small steps, like really small steps, even if it takes time, but that's just one of the best ways of stopping something that had become an addiction to u, just try to cut urself less, and take steps like that in time, do it slowly and calmly, and with some time u'll be better... just try, give it ur best ,and NEVEr ever give up, you know u can, we all know u can do it!! it just takes time...

Ive bitten my nails since i was a baby. i know, and i am trying, i managed to stop dragging my arm along the wall, for today at least!
